For Amelia :)

These past few days weather in france been very good and warm sunshine almost every afternoon and sometimes the temp goes up to 15°C which is such a treat. so i went snooping around wt my camera and found this around the house, so amelia, this is especially for you :)

This is your flower Amelia the name of this flower is "Camelia" is flowering even during winter amazing indeed.

And that afternoon maman and i went for a walk and this is what i found pussy willow and maman help me pluck some to put in a vase and i was thinking about how we were thinking the sakura plant is a somewhat look like a pussy willow but all i can say is that pussy willow is not so spongy like sakura buds this one is a bit tough..ah well, anyhow this is how pussy willow looks like :)

maman's orchid which was blooming at the moment, kinda reminds me of my moms flower back home

Probably because its winter the orchid somewhat look like it doesnt have enough colour but its beautiful still.

see those white spots on the grass those are paraquettes, and they are every where in the lawn

maman found this on the ground and called me coz she knows i'd be facinated and it was not easy to take pictures of this caterpillar for its moving lots..maman tried to stop it using a small twig but no chance its just like a bump for the many legs it has just went up the twig like nothing hehehe

Papa did this a few days back to prepare for the coming spring but even now you can see that its already started to grow some blooms

Wonderful dinner with my parents inlaw :)

Last saturday, took my parents inlaw for a bit of an outing to the only restaurant that i know of which is at the district called Bouin, not too far away from Beauvoir indeed. The name of the restaurant is L'Ecume Gourmande its at 15, rue du Pays de Monts. its a very traditional restaurant and its speciality is of course..poisson (fish). The deco in the restaurant is a simple one too just yellow and white nothing special, but the food was special and so are my wonderful company that night. This is my second tim eating at this resturant as the first time was last year during papa's 80th birthday celebration at this restaurant. Contrary This is my first time going out on dinner with my parents inlaw, not just because knowing i speak very bad in french and also the fact that hubby is not around to help me translate or things like that. But somehow we did fine and we enjoyed our dinner very much and with plenty much curious eyes on our table coz in this part of france you dont see much of asians at all so its like an adjustment to their eyes or something...hehehe

maman was wearing her fvourite colour red that evening and papa as usual wearing his smile all the time :) btw, papa help take the picture of me and maman, not too bad at all :0)

And....here is our food selection a set dinner :)
All in all it was agreat dinner and we enjoyed the night immensely.

madame Paquerette avec moi :)

This post is especially for cat lovers particularly "Aunty Rana" and i had a wonderful chat on the phone with her regarding cats yesterday and it was nice to hear her voice again see you soon aunty :)

Im not much of a cat person as i never owned one and i love dogs and im missing my ob-chan at the moment who is all the way back home in KK and i must say i feel a bit guilty coz this cat is slowly creeping into my heart her name is Madame Paquerette. she is the Guicheteau family's darling cat and very nice personality indeed. She's a very nice buddy for i can unerstand now why the family loves her so much she's got a way of making your sad days becomes smiley again :)

these pictures are taken from my hubby's laptop from accross the continent from me while we were doing voice conferrencing through skype and madame Paquerette wants to be just there when we were chating along and she was kissing me, touching my face asking me to caress or tickle or just talk to her and my hubby took snaps of us together.

to my darling hubby, thanks for the pictures and now i have another cherie Fm to add to my list and thats Madame Paquerette heheheh :))

It was a nice day today so i decided to take some pictures outside and look what i found.....

i was feeling so happy to be outside in the sun although its not spring yet ...but today was exceptionally beautiful. I havent done any flower picture in a while, just glad that i can share these beautiful flowers with all of you here! :)

Passage du Gois - Sunday outing

The end of last month we went for a short outing at the ¨Passage du Gois¨ just for fun with my inlaws and sister inlaws and family it was quite nice as its by the sea and it kinda reminded me of home back in Lok kawi but the only difference is that the tepreture here is cold and sunshine is hard to come by but anyhow, it was a nice walk along the beach with the family

The first bloom during when winter starts to be spring season are the ¨mimoza¨ dont know how to spell it but its yellow and its everywhere around this area during this time and people are selling it for 2 euro each...ermnn a bit expensive for me i think when you can find it everywhere in the ¨hutan¨ hehehe

anyhow here are some pics taken during our walk to the beach there in ¨Passage du Gois¨ island.

This is the main trademark of this island the emergency shelter that you can see all along as you go through passage du gois during low tide because the road to the island is only excessible during low tide and sometimes people get stuck in the middle of the road because of the approaching high tide so they have to take temporary shelter at this shelters.

Overall, it was a wonderful sunday afternoon walk with the family for a bit of fresh air :)

All in a day :)

Today I woke up with a wonderful bright sunny day anda blue sky and was thinking maybe its a good time to check out the town and eventhough its still winter, somehow today it feels like Spring. Then maman invited me to go to a small pasar in the centre of Beauvoir and we had a good 10 minutes stroll to the town and i can only describe with words as i didnt have time to take pics as i was busy buying stuffs. Lets say maman do all the talking and i just carry stuffs :)
Then maman took me for a short tour of the Eglise or chapelle in Beauvoir.

Built in 1860, you can just imagine how old this chapelle is and its really pretty inside and maman and myself managed to sneak a prayer or two.....peaceful indeed...

Then later in the afternoon maman was showing me around her garden of what flowers are not dead and what is dead during the winter :)

I like the colours of dead plants with their leaves still attached....its just one of my facination :)

The Greens

After the tour in the garden i had another exploration to do and this take me to Papa and his Jardine of wholesome goodness. The day before i was helping him planted some green peas and today we did the potatoes and radish and some salads. I must say this was my first time doing this and i enjoyed it very much as its my first time. So to all the potatoes, radishes and salads and peas that i help to plant....i hope you guys will bore a lot of food for us to eat during spring time :)

After the long walk i had with maman now, its time to say gooodnight and have a wonderful day to everyone from Beauvoir!
