Do you bring past relationships, past hurt, past mistrust, past pain?

You can't take someone to the altar to alter them. You can't make someone love you or make someone stay. If you develop self-esteem, spiritual discernment, and "a life" you won't find yourself making someone else responsible for your happiness or responsible for
your pain.

Manipulation, control, jealousy, neediness, and selfishness are not the ingredients of a thriving, healthy, loving and lasting relationship. Seeking status, sex, and security are the wrong reasons to be in a relationship.

What keeps a relationship strong?
- communication
- intimacy
- a sense of humor
- sharing household tasks
- some getaway time without business or children
- daily exchanges (a meal, shared activity, a hug, a call, a touch, a
note)
- sharing common goals and interests
- giving each other space to grow without feeling insecure
- giving each other a sense of belonging and assurances of commitment
- asking God to be the center of your relationship

If these qualities are missing, the relationship will erode as resentment,withdrawal, abuse, neglect, dishonesty and pain replace the passion.

6 Things...

Today i have a few things that was very much part of my day.
They are :-

• My nose ring

Well so much for style, right now my nose seemed to be extra larger then usual..perhaps kinda swell a bit and if you accidentally push it ...god almighty it hurts...I think this is a find example to be saying "gatal tangan & kotoh!" hahaha..well I hope it'll be healed soon enough ...I hope lah...

I so like my hair clip :-) love it love it indeed :-)

• My orange Chocolate Chip

Here is the food of the day..was munching this and handing them out to my workmates at work and the aroma was just fantastico! i think i like the orange smell more then the cookie though..but expensive cookie this is! But worth every penny coz i get to share them wt wonderful people around me :-)

• The Rain

At the moment..i just dont like the rain :(( It's ruining my exercise routine with ms. danne and i can just feel my fats growing...goshhh this is badddddddd :(( hu hu hu 2 days in a row...this is not happening :-( Maybe i need to sing the rain rain go away song ... :((

Its pierced thru my.......NOSE:-)

I haven't thought about my long time ago pierced nose until ms. danne was talking about it last week.She even blogged about it and i was saying why not have a go with it. Then i was thinking.... I already did had mine done a few years back and i can still see the mark on me nose...so one thing lead to another..i was messing around with one of my gold earing stud and try to poke it on my nose which have the hole mark on it..surprisingly it went in bit by bit with no considerate pain at all..then until about half the length of the earing i start to feel some pain...but not much then i kept on pushing it in bit by bit still then after about an hour i noticed that its more then half through already so no point for me to stop now so i went on until i think i reach the end of the obstacle which i need to to poke harder and hardest until its through to the other side of me nose. Then after a bucket of tears streaming down my eyes but with a silent cry...i finally managed to poke it through and made a hole :-) hehehehe and the important part of all.. "No Blood" so it should be fine... then i showed it to my mom ..and all my mom got to say is just be careful with the blanket and your pillow don't want it to get stuck and cause it to bleed again like the last time she said ....hehehe so i was careful....and woke up this morning with a slight swell on the side of the stud but everything else looks fine...so this week im gonna have to avoid prawns and stuffs.

Mamasan..becomes Datin Seri?? :- O

Ermn...today is kinda a funny start at the work place Junie brought along her scarf to work and guess who had a go trying it on?? Of all pepole to joke around at this early in the morning was actually the one and only "mamasan" herself :) So now she can be a Datin Seri coz with this pic she really looks like one ...heheh dont you guys agree with me ?? :)

September here we come...The road to trepidation Part II

Well we gonna start our first week of September with some dash of fun activities and one of it is getting us fit and looking good. It so easy just to talk about getting oneself to lose weight but actually....it's hard :( But we gonna try anyways...right ms danne?? For me its either do or CRY! hehehe...Last month i have lost a few lbs but not much to get excited about coz I'm sure the scale is tipping back to the same position now :( Well ok i am not sure ..but i just wanna think the worse anyways. Trying now to lose little by little so that it'll tip the scale towards what i wanted it to be and that is to weight around about 52 ~ 53kg. I HOPE! hehehe

Ms.Danne and myself are gonna torture ourself to the brink of ...ermn...what ahh? heheh just gonna torture ourselves lah to look good coz we have targets to achieve dont we ms. danne ;) So off we go walking and running ...


No worries , no worries indeed :-)

I'm Just glad that its over....and tomorrow is another day :-(



was hoping it was a shooting star then my job would be easiest and just wish that i be waking up in the morning and weight just 52kg :)
No harm wishing anyways...but its not a shooting star but a jet plane instead making its mark on the sky...shikes! :(

My final blog for August and Hello to the month of September

I had a marvelous time on Saturday with my mom and my kid cousin Shafeeq. I promised to bring them out to eat lunch somewhere and as it turned out my mom choose it to be at Rafflesia Chicken Hut. Mom ordered her usual light mean of Sweet Sour Chicken and my cousin ordered his Deep Fried Chicken Rice and as for me i wanted to eat curry chiken and atthe same time i want something different so i got the combo meal of curry chicken and pandan chicken rice with leongfoon ping + lemon.all in all it was a yummy choice of food indeed :-)

Now we had a small surprise when i saw my sister mewot walks in the eatery and so we took pictures together too :)


then finally for desert.....what else is there to go gaga over when its Veda Blu come to the rescue :-) yummmmmmmmmmmy!

All in all,August been a typical month, with not much happening that really rock my world. There are a few issues in and out of my life but nothing that cant be ironed out in the coming months. Looking forward to September now with my view of doing more exercises and sticking to routine diets and exercises and hopefully September will bring more progress towards this goal im trying to archive which is to look good and be healthy.

other then that on the relationship part of my life well..looks pretty much ordinary but extraordinary when putting it into words. Just have to play it by ear i guess towards whats gonna happen next. Its just so out there and yet cant actually grab it. And there are some situations that go beyong the expectations and its just like hamsters running in their cycling cage just goes round and round and no end to it....when it gets bored off it went round and round again...funny how things turn out to be like what they are and its just the way it is unless another shoe drops and everything seemed to have a different perspective to it. But..the question is..when is the other shoe gonna drop?

Ok guys..gonna leave August with a big smile and big hope for a better September !

Alrighty! I'm supposed to cut down on my food intake but once im being cornered by these three culprits namely Morientez, checky Egg and Lilblackdots..gosh im a goner! So we ate lunch at the Square cafe' and it was a glorious hu ha chit chat over the top huru-hara kinda lunch with all loud mouths included :-) And fortunately Morientez and her ever so reliable 3.2 mega pixel Samsung Camera Phone did all the capturing to tell the story.

Breakfast in Jawa!

I don't do much of eating breakfast but when i do it better be good and worth taking pics for too....hehehe Morientez and "mamasan" kidnap me to go and have breakfast and mamasan been very very very nice to me this week and i sooooooooooooo love it :-) Its not everyday that someone pampers you since i have no one to get me all the attention and all so its nice to have someone looking after you every now and then like Morientez and Mamasan does..aweee thank you guys :-)

On this occasion, we had breakfast just downstairs from our building at this all so familiar canteen that's sells food that you need to go to Jawa Island, Indonesia to get. So i guess we are lucky :-) anyhow, i didnt get any Jawa Food really i just had the typical "nasi Lemak" and yet again but without the fancy trimmings just sambal ikan bilis and the "whole egg" thingy. So it was a normal yummy food as usual and its Morientez who introduced this kind of eating to me and now im hooked just hope i dont go set myself a habit of doing "nasi lemak" everyday i'd be fine ;) Then Mamasan brought some custard tarts..yummy gosh...there goes my diet for the week ..hahaha
